Social confidence is the ability to feel comfortable, capable, and connected in social situations. It involves more than simply talking to others, it includes understanding social cues, building friendships, managing emotions, communicating effectively, and feeling confident being yourself around other people. Having social confidence can be taught, practised, and strengthened over time.
At Social Confidence, we are passionate about helping individuals develop these skills in a supportive, engaging, and meaningful way. We provide structured, evidence-informed social skills programs designed to build communication, confidence, emotional regulation, and independence through practical real-world learning. Using principles from the PEERS® program, our courses focus on teaching step-by-step strategies that help participants develop and maintain genuine friendships and navigate everyday social situations with greater confidence.
We are a team of caring facilitators who believe every individual deserves to feel included, understood, and capable of forming meaningful connections. Our goal is to create a safe and encouraging environment where participants feel supported to grow socially, build confidence, and develop skills that positively impact everyday life.

Why PEERS?
PEERS® (Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills) is a structured evidence based social skills program. It focuses on teaching practical, real world strategies to help individuals build friendships, improve communication and navigate social situations with confidence.
The program is used globally and is especially effective for individuals who experience social challenges. Rather than teaching theory alone, the program breaks down social interactions into clear, learnable steps.
Through guided practice, support, and consistent feedback, participants build confidence and develop skills that lead to stronger, more genuine connections.
