12 Week Social Skills Program
Practical social skills for building confidence, friendships, and meaningful connections.
Our Social Confidence program is a 12-week online course designed to help participants build confidence, improve communication, and develop the skills needed to form and maintain meaningful friendships.
Using principles from the evidence-based PEERS® program, each weekly session teaches practical social skills through clear explanations, demonstrations, interactive activities, and real-life practice.
We offer two age-specific courses:
Teens (Ages 14–18)
Our Teens program helps young people build confidence during the important teenage years. Participants learn how to make and maintain friendships, join conversations, navigate social groups, handle disagreements, and respond to challenging social situations.
The course focuses on social experiences relevant to teenagers, including school friendships, online communication, bullying, and good sportsmanship.
Young Adults (Ages 18–30)
Our Young Adults program focuses on developing social confidence and independence as participants navigate adulthood.
Alongside essential friendship and communication skills, participants explore social situations relevant to adult life, including meeting new people, organising get-togethers, managing disagreements, and navigating dating and romantic relationships.
Why Do We Have Two Age Groups?
While both courses teach the same core social skills, we recognise that teenagers and young adults face different social experiences and challenges.
By learning in age-specific groups, participants can connect with peers at a similar life stage, practise relevant social situations, and build confidence in a comfortable and supportive environment.
Learning Skills That Last Beyond the Course
Our goal is to help participants do more than simply learn social skills. We want them to feel confident putting these skills into practice, developing genuine friendships, and feeling a greater sense of belonging in everyday life.
